All entrees are served buffet style and include salad, vegetables and complimentary starch.
All hot catering also includes a cookie Platter, one gallon of tea per each ten guests, ice, and all necessary paper products.  Chafing dishes will be provided for all hot catered items if necessary.  A 5% service charge will be added to all catering orders.
