Emerywood Fine Foods is owned and operated by Steve and Amy Shellberg, and has been in business for 15 years serving the Triad area of NC. 

Steve has nearly 30 successful years of restaurant and  catering experience. He and his dedicated staff are committed to creating culinary delights for any occasion. 

Amy briefly waited tables in college and has nearly 30 successful years of experience managing Steve. She moonlights as an oncology nurse.
