Catered Sandwich Platters

Assorted sandwich platters are $8.95 per person and come with a choice of Red Bliss Potato Salad, Southern Pasta Salad, Three Bean Salad or potato chips, along with a homemade cookie. They also include a gallon of tea per every 10 guests, and ice. There is also a 5% service charge.

1. Classic Turkey: Turkey & havarti-dill cheese on honey wheatberry bread served with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce and tomato.

2. Classic Ham: Smoked ham & Swiss cheese on whole wheat with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce and tomato.

3. To Brie or Not to Brie: Brie & smoked turkey on a baguette served with 
mayonnaise, honey cup mustard and lettuce.

4. Twin Stack: Honey ham & smoked gouda hot on toasted rye bread with dijonaise.

5. The Rose Beast: Roast Beef, provolone, caramelized onions & rosemary mayonnaise toasted on a baguette.

6. Gouda Grief: Roast beef, smoked Gouda cheese served hot on a croissant w/horseradish mustard.

7. Been There, Done That: Smoked turkey & Granny Smith apples sweetened with a honey walnut cream cheese on a croissant.

8. That's a Wrap: Grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and pesto mayonnaise on a flour tortilla.

9. Double Dill: Fresh roasted turkey & havarti-dill cheese served hot on a croissant with a white wine dill sauce.
